Happy Election Day everyone! I figured I'd go ahead and get the election day thread started. Polls open on the east coast in a little less than an hour.

It appears as though the GOP will gain control of the Minnesota House of Representatives - albeit by a narrow margin.

Of course, they had it (and the Senate) for the first two years under Dayton, but that soon vanished (and probably again in 2016). And Franken should never have been seated in ‘09 on the face of voter fraud, Coleman would’ve been cruising to a 3rd term this evening.
Looking like +9 to me when it’s all said and done. MSNBC is reporting that the average is +6 and the gop is +7. But they are not considering AK and LA. LA is going to go GOP in a month.

Now just bear in mind, Angus King has said he will caucus with whoever is in the majority, so thats one more (albeit worthless) seat. And I expect Manchin is about to switch after tonight.
