About 13K votes left in Va. Beach, but Gillespie would need to win 10K-3K. Might depend on which precincts have reported.

It makes sense when you think about it. Some pundit announced that New Hampshire would be the bellweather for the entire election. If Scott Brown won early, then it would mark an avalanche for the GOP. So the MSM - Democrat Party operatives - figured they could swing the election by swinging the report on New Hampshire. Good point. ABC 'co-hosted' the debate between Brown and Shaheen here in Red Hampshire...George Stephanopolous (?) was on-site to moderate with local media, and who was it that called NH for Shaheen a few hours ago? ABC.
You're right...it may very well have been a ploy by ABC/MSM to steer the momentum.

What about paper ballots? My parents refuse to use the electronic machines; might a good number of those go for Gillespie?

Interesting. I don’t know what the political landscape is like in Nevada, but there are some states where going from the governor’s office to the U.S. Senate is considered a demotion.
