Cannot argue about Jim, Tol. But in other news, some COMMON SENSE TRAFFIC ALIGNMENT just hit Houston. They figured out that the SMARTEST way to move traffic was to have a single reversible lane, primarily for buses, for US 290, one of the most crowded corridors in the country. Specifically, they determined that adding a lane or two of unrestricted access at what would have been choke points made MUCH MORE SENSE than trying to charge people, to go a short distance.

It’s like the election is already over.
