There are two of them: 594 AND 591. Vote NO on both.

Washington State:

First political body in the history of the world to vote to legalize abortion.

Legalized drugs, gay marriage, euthanasia of old people, $15 minimum wage.

State capital of Olympia bans US submarines from docking at its port.

Soviet paradise on earth.

As always,: Gun Control Legislation is not about guns, JUST CONTROL.

Even if passed, it will be overturned because it is blatantly Unconstitutional.

another hypocritical point about libtards.

when they craft legislation they never put these kinds of exceptions in order to keep even the most moderate repubs from voting for them. they don’t care if repubs join them and their legislation ensures as few join as possible.

but when repubs craft legislation they screech and holler for this exception and that exception and demnad they be added, and demand amendments, and scream about “legal” people being denied something.

Seattle Lear jet liberals will pass this. The rest of WA state’s voters - by number and money - are irrelevant any more.

Thank you, Microsoft execs for the millions you’ve pumped into this poorly written initiative.

Those are two reasons why the zealots want this to pass.

You non-Washingtonians have no idea how hard the anti-self defense forces are pushing this measure. There are constant ads on TV and I seem to be receiving a mailer advocating it on a daily basis.

There are two of them: 594 AND 591. Vote NO on both.

Agreed. I fear 591 will pass as a sort of compromise with the much worse 594. If it does Washingtonians will be surrendering their right to control their own gun ownership policies. Not a good idea given the anti-self defense attitude of the collectivists on the national level.

So, when can this Second American Revolution start? I think it is clear that this nation is now hopelessly divided, with Constitutional patriots on the one side and leftist socialists/communists on the other.

Reconciliation is no longer possible. We either split up or fight it out. Those are our only choices, because the country cannot survive this division.

Another common scenario around here. Soldier deploys, leaves personal weapons with girlfriend, fiance, friend, bother, sister, parent, uncle. ... Both parties could face charges. Or buddy borrows a firearm to go hunting, if they have car trouble and can’t get back inside the 72 hrs grace period, you’re both screwed. I had a friend borrow a handgun to take a CC class. Had to make sure she returned it in time.

The Rat legislature passed similar bill in Colorado a couple of years ago as well as an unenforceable magazine-limit law, all of which 3/4 of all sheriffs announced they wouldn’t enforce.

Also, as it turns out, almost everyone in Colorado has completely ignored the transfer law and now they’re starting to ignore the magazine limit law.

If 594 passes, I hope it is immediately challenged in court and stayed. The Second Amendment is clear. So is the Washington State constitution. Anyone who thinks otherwise should refer to Heller and McDonald. These kinds of massive infringements are not allowed and should not be tolerated.

I don’t know about 591, but the folks voting no may be thinking “Why do we need yet another gun law on top of the 20K already on the books? The meaning of the 2A is clear.”
