The states have never amended the Constitution to expressly protect the so-called PC “right” to gender identity. So state and federal government’s can make policies which discriminate on the basis of gender imo, as long as such policies don’t also unreasonably abridge constitutionally enumerated protections.
Objectively, the Left doesn’t give two hoots in hell about transgender “rights” - nor anybody else’s rights. The Left sees the US military as a powerful institution with established traditions that remain a dire threat to the Left’s plans to gradually seize total power in the USA. Therefore, the Left will push for the accommodation of any sort of deviant behavior by the military, so long as that accommodation weakens the traditions and institutions of their perceived rival.
I’m sure Moscow, Beijing, and Pyongyang will take great pleasure in hearing this.
The left/liberals are simply expressing their religion of Humanism,
which, as a base assumption, deems that humans define reality (you will be as gods, knowing good and evil).
So, “legally female” is a humanist declaration that the man is a woman now.
Without having military members with depraved minds,
how will the left ever get them to take armed action
against the citizens of their own country?

of course this means that the rights of females by genetic DNA are being violated;

In the past if someone walked into a doctor’s office and announced that one of their normal, functioning body parts was “wrong” and needed to be removed or altered, that person would have referred to a psychiatrist or psychologist for treatment.
If you have a penis - use the mens room! I don’t want a man in the restroom with me! I am tired of my rights being eroded for the sake of a very small minority! The military should be focused on defending America, not this bs.
