What he was actually saying, was that he was going to do his best to isolate the United States from other nation, in particular our old allies.
Our old enemies detest us more than ever. Our old allies are now very circumspect about dealing with us.
We have embarrassed many of our old allies. We have seen critical information leaked on Obola’s watch. What ally wants to trust top level secret information with you, when they know there’s a good chance they’ll be reading it months later at a web site?
Then they see who he appoints as ambassadors, and who his staff is made up of. They know Kerry’s history. They know what they are dealing with. The U. S. is a world class laughing stock these days.
