Nah most houses in that area of Maine do not have gutters....As for manicuring the landscape two months up there for that no sense.
Okay, but I’ve seen houses up north where there is snow that have them.....it is still cheap and not worth $50K IMO. Looks to me it has the cheapest stuff it can have, frankly. Shingles look very cheap, a 2” paved driveway, etc.
