I listened to him speak on the video link you gave....unfortunately he’s right about how the World stage itself is setting up for a NWO. ..and has been for some time.
Interesting how he mentioned China and Russia in one breath....yet he and other Government Representatives still do not see the “hand writing on the wall”, even when it comes from their own mouths!...They are lost and therefore “Blinded” to the obvious.
It is striking to see how Gov. Leaders and those pushing us into a NWO believe they are personally responsible for this ‘staging’ of events....they do not see the real war behind it, nor can they.
There are even times when as believers we are astounded by the events unfolding in our time, that they would be moving so rapidly ...and that’s just in what we see and is reported, there is much not.
Fools they are indeed....yet they believe what they are doing because they believe first they have the answers and of course because they know they operate primarily behind the scenes...hidden among the “reeds” like snakes in the grass.
