Amen.
So sorry for anyone having to deal with a stroke.
A prayer for Gordy and the Howe family.
Montreal Toronto Detroit Chicago New York Boston?
A stroke will be one side or the other. Either side can be hit, just not both.
You got it - the original six.
What great players- Bobby Hull, Stan Mikita, Booom Boom
Geoffrion (sp?), the pocket rocket, I could go on.
My Rangers of course could not win that cup- even with only 6 teams in the league.
True hockey hero.
Broca’s is usually on the left.
As Cripple said above, you may not know a thing about the sport but you know the name Gordie Howe.........just like everyone knows Babe Ruth
thanks, I once had a patient that spoke 4 languages he said as he got better with speech therapy....Ilost talking in 4 different languages...
They can do amazing things with stroke patients these days.
My oldest son 54 has had 2 small strokes...the only thing he is bothered with is he use to have the patience of Job. He finds he is having less patience than he is use to...They have put him through a battery of tests to find out where he is throwing small clots from....cannot find anything..He also had his first heart attack in his mid 40âs and had to have one of the carotid arteries in his neck reamed out when they found his carotid was 98% closed. His father had his one and only heart attack at 51 and it was fatal... Second oldest has also had to have heart surgery...one of the things they found is that he has only 2 cardiac /artery. When their father passed at a young age, I told them to listen to their bodies and not figure out everything is fine....Their father would just pass off anything cause he was fine....he looks healthy as a horse, but died in the back yard of the farm.. He only got to know 2 of our 13 grandchildren///
Two huge losses today in the Hockey World: Pat Quinn and Viktor Tikhonov.
