Barely a week after being named the 17th richest member of Congress, liberal firebrand and Democratic Rep. Alan Grayson is refusing to support his estranged wife and their kids, and his wife has turned to government food stamps to support her family, WFTV 9 Orlando reports.
Grayson’s marriage of 29 years dissolved earlier this year when his wife, Lolita Grayson, filed for divorce. A week later, Rep. Grayson asked a court to annul the marriage on the basis of bigamy.
Mr. Grayson is refusing to support his family because he is claiming that she was never divorced from her first husband and therefore their marriage was never legitimate.

This is what we, as a Nation, have descended into. I can remember when a man supported his family and I can also recall when people were ashamed to be on welfare. That was not very long ago in dog years.

Grayson is a real piece of crap. I am fair in these matters mainly because they are none of my business—it really is not any of my business. But Grayson—Karma is calling you, you POS. Enjoy. Please get wiped out financially. Please.

Florida is an equitable distribution state. She ought to get 90% of everything they have together just for making it 29 years with that beast.

There is a chance that the Republican candidate, Carol Platt, can take him. Two weeks ago, her pollster had her 5 points behind. Grayson's district is heavily Democrat, but all this scandal with his wife has occurred since his election in 2012.
