The GOP RINOs like being in the majority. They are not assisting, in fact obstructing.

They like to have their lobbyist donors and the C of C as their boss. Now they’re out in the open with their liberal push, and life is difficult for those who care not to be found out.

Look at it this way...if republicans were against abortion, it would not still be a fight.

Whether they actually like it or not, I am convinced they don’t mind all that much.

I agree that they often obstruct.

It would seem the donor class would tire of this at some point, but it appears you’re right. I know there are a lot of Republicans who still think the party is worth financing.

Abortion is not very popular. Outside the die-hard feminists and the college crowd, folks have turned against it as a way to cover for unwanted pregnancies.

Polls show a majority of people thinking it’s wrong. Something like 65 to 35% by some reports I’ve read...
