Eating at diners where food is fertilized with human dung. This has to be the worst US military plan of the century, if not of all time.It won't be just Ebola they'll be bringing back but that's been the plan all along.

Right. There’s no vaccine for malaria either. And they do not have proper military bases that could do a better job of keeping mosquito hazards down [at least starting off].
