I know, in my neck of the woods, it doesn't profit one to yell "I'm a prepper, and am ready to go..." There are too many Leftists locally who believe in chem trails, black lung from coal trains, the Gospel according to Gore, GMO foods and other fairy tales. That much concentrated stupid makes one careful about who you tell.
If you truly understood the Biblical standard for "prepping" (about which I wrote a book), you would not be so confident. There was an annual muster, an evacuation drill, storage of a year's worth of food for the entire nation, and one year out of seven was to be spent learning to live off the land. Then there was the Fifth Commandment, from which we are so far that it is almost not worth the explanation. Then there is the matter of national unity, of which preppers have not a clue.
You might be surprised at the number and variety of Preppers.
No.
