My Father was in the combat engineers in WWII. This is a scene from their crossing of the Roer River. It depicts a real battle and yes, their bridge was blown up. I suspect there are certain jobs the women do not want to get into.Most men in Marine basic officer training don’t want to become infantry either. About a quarter of those who do end up failing or dropping out of the grueling 13-week regimen testing their physical, mental and moral acumen. More than 10 percent wash out the first day.

This is a no brainer. I’m a woman and I don’t want women in combat roles. I want men protecting my country.
I don’t want a female president, either, representing my country to woman-hating Muslims.

“asked to leave”. Liberals trying to soften the blow of DISQUALIFIED. No one was asked anything. They were dismissed by orders of the commanding officer. Hardly a request.

I'm sure the Commander-In-Chief and the SecDef will get the training Commander's and his NCO's heads on straight quickly and make sure this doesn't happen again. No doubt the failed, oops, I mean, discriminated against ladies will be back in the course and complete it with flying colors next time... after the soon revised sexual "normalization" of the standards, of course.
