I would think that some of his FB friends told him. Text, call or meet up, someone knew. Who is to know that he didn’t know as well, you know. Also, having sex with a woman, and not to recall...okay, but does that sound very stable. who knows he maybe after $$$ for the damages. Does he want the child now? Does he suspect abuse?

Too many unanswered questions about the dad at this time for me. It’s a big mess for the little child if the grown ups make it that way. I will stay on the side on the child at this point and pray for a good outcome. I am glad the mother didn’t abort the little baby. She maybe of quilt of not notifying him but she gave the baby a gift of life.

Maybe. Maybe not. And if they did, he might have thought that she, or they, were funning him. As others have pointed out, a Facebook post is nothing approaching genuine legal notice.
