There was no federal issue raised in the appeal-- the only question McDaniel raised was what the statute of limitations is under Mississippi state law-- so no appeal to SCOTUS is possible.

Too late to slap Cochran down and still get McDaniel on the ballot. Time to let Cochran and those who devised this betrayal know what we think of them on election day.
