Breaking: Mississippi Supreme Court Rules for Cochran [my title]
Mississippi Supreme Court ^ | October 24, 2014 | Mississippi Supreme Court

Posted on 10/24/2014 3:41:51 PM PDT by Lurking Libertarian

No news article to post-- the only article so far is in the Clarion-Ledger, which we can't post. But the Mississippi Supreme Court affirmed the lower court ruling that Chris McDaniel's challenge to Thad Cochran's primary win was filed too late. The Court's decision is here.

Logic is anti-Constructivism, but it is epistemology

My motivation is stop the Boycott widespread in U.S. religious voters and silence the effort to suppress the religious vote. Kill the “blank voting” movement.

If A < B, the B > A, irrespective of how you wish to spin it. If you want to argue that A = B, then go ahead, but arguing that A being < B does not mean that B > A is idiotic (and illogical).

Technically they were right, there is no way the Mississippi Supreme court could conduct a ruling at this stage in the game they probably need 6+ months of advance notice.

Thanks to our lawyer couture our “legal system” is too slow to be of much help in most all election disputes. Their cases take years when we have at most months between election time and crises.

If framing messy, socially situated phenomena into postpostivist formulae help you make sense of the world, then do it. The GOP is counting on people like you and they’re laughing at your. What I know: Pat Roberts, Mitch McConnell, Thad Cochran, John Boner hate me. They want me to be less free. When they win elections, it’s bad for me.

I can’t vote for a Rat because the idea makes me sick. If I, like you, was an epistemological positivist (or more likely a pragmatist), I could hold my nose and vote for the Rat. I’m not like that. I beleive that if I sunk far enough to vote for a Rat, my next decent would be even worse.

Pat Roberts is an excellent conservative, he hates liberals.

You convinced me to vote for RINO Judy Topinka for Comptroller, even though I hate her guts and swore I’d never vote for her again.

She’s favored to win but I can take no chances with allowing Paul Simon’s fugly daughter to win and use the office as a stepping stone. Have you seen that buck-toothed witch? Let’s just say Mrs. Simon was a loyal wife, there is absolutely NO DOUBT about paternity.

In TX, I will skip U.S. Senate and land commissioner, but otherwise vote R for the other offices. I hope George P. runs 500,000 behind Abbott as a discouragement to Jebbie.

“Thad Cochran, John Boner “

it’s a secret ballot, dude!
If it were me I’d go in there and vote for the DEM against Thad Cochran, John Boner. It’s better if they lose. Admittedly, it is a judgment call.

I think so would auh2o ... why would he vote blank on a secret ballot? why would anyone?

“I beleive that if I sunk far enough to vote for a Rat, my next decent would be even worse.”

dude, that is superstitious!

Example 1, moderate DEM wins primary in seat that usually goes DEM ... the progressives vote for the RINO to sabotage the moderate DEM, with the idea of coming back in 2 years with a Progressive against the vulnerable RINO.

Example 2, Conservative Doug Hoffman looks to be on way to victory in NY23. RINO voters who were backing DEDE Scozzy, vote for Owens DEM after DEDE drops out. Their plan was to come back in 2 years with a RINO to beat the then incumbent Owens.

Example 3, here in CT, conservative vote for the DEM in a local Republican leaning seat to defeat the very liberal GOP candidates .... then come back 2 years later with a Conservative.

of course, in CT, our ballots are anonymous. If your name is on your ballot in your state and you hafta sign it ... might be a different story. Vote for one DEM this year and see if your leg falls off ... you’ll survive.

NO DEMOCRATS IN TEXAS. No cornpones with bolo ties. It would be humiliating if the RATS won a statewide election in Texas this year. There are no “normal Americans” in Obama’s party expect for retards, well I guess I contradicted myself, plenty of “normal Americans” are retards.

haha! it’s a great country and I always look forward to voting for a DEM to defeat a liberal GOPer and give us a chance to come back in 2 years with a conservative.

Afterall, if Roraback had the seat in CT-5, he would be coasting to re-election and would be entrenched.

This year I have no DEMs to vote for at all. GOP did not nominate any disgusting people. Jack Orchulli ain’t even running and neither is Ross Garber. 2 of the 3 most disgusting republicans to ever walk the earth.

who gets the Freeper unofficial endorsement in MA-6?
Moulton
Tisei
Stockwell

Governor:
Coakley
Baker
Lively

I am leaning Stockwell and Lively .... not bad for an advocate of rarely-go-3rd.

Why go third party in MA? Do you feel it truly irrelevant who the winners of those races are? Maybe.

I’d vote for the fag, the Baker, and the candlestick maker.

Wouldn’t want Moulton Lava to get entrenched. I am sick of these “war vet” disgraces the democrats keep running for Congress, so many good young men died over there but pieces of garbage like Seth came back in one piece. The rats will have to waste money in 2016 to dislodge the fag.

As for Governor, MA is basically the Soviet Union at this point, who do you want to win, Stalin or Gorby? What is the upside of Stalin winning? A conservative is elected Governor in 2018? I doubt it.

Sounds like more than half the justices stayed home.

Maybe conservatives should do the same in MS. Let them have a liberal - a real one. Better than a fake conservative.

My thought also, how many $$$$$$$ were required for this decision? Validates that I will never contribute again to the national RepubliCAN’T (RINO) organizations. Only to true conservative local candidates.

if Moulton loses another DEM will get entrenched ... a DEM that is worse. The progressive do not like Moulton.

At least that is the theory. More evidence is needed. Tisei is useless to us. Unless Moulton is more dangerous than the next DEM coming along. How does that work? Tisei wins ... some weak DEM beats him ... and then we come back with a real Republican? Doesn’t sound like it would work.

Baker is useless and would do more damage than good ... but I am undecided and wouldn’t be sure what to do until I got in the booth. It would different if the GOP had a 34% caucus in one House to uphold a veto. Let them get that first. Not sure if Baker has a chance. Maybe I’d go for him.

I ain’t voting for Visconti here in CT if it is a close race. I don’t hafta vote straight Republican because many of the candidates are on the Independent Party line also, which is my preference.
