Based on how it is transmitted, Ebola is known as a “caregivers disease” — it is far more likely to spread to those who are caregivers to patients than to the general population.

It looks like Doctors Without Borders is suspending care in some of their clinics in Africa to work on ebola research or vaccines...but vaccines not until 2015.
