RUSH: Carol Costello, my former stalker at CNN. She has a corner on the market on laughing at things. Did you hear what happened? Did you hear what she... (interruption) Yeah. And this is so classic. This is just typical.
What happened was Bristol Palin, the daughter of Sarah Palin, got beat up. She basically got beat up and ended up calling the cops, and Carol Costello at CNN just thought it was the greatest news that she'd ever heard. Oh, yeah, Carol talked about this as being something that we hadn't enjoyed in a long, long time. Here, grab audio sound bite 15. This is how that started, Wednesday morning, CNN's Newsroom. This is a portion of -- well, she used to be one of my stalkers. They assigned her to cover this program. That's what I mean. Now she's an anchorette, full-fledged infobabe. She even wears the glasses and everything to look like she's a serious Walter Cronkite type person. And this is what she said.
COSTELLO: Okay, I'm just gonna come right out and say it. This is quite possibly the best minute-and-a-half of audio we've ever come cross -- well, come across in a long time, anyway. (laughing) A massive brawl in Anchorage, Alaska, reportedly involving Sarah Palin's kids and her husband. It was sparked after someone pushed one of her daughters at a party. That's what Bristol Palin told police in an interview after the incident. And now police have released audio of that interview. It does include some rather colorful language from Bristol. Here now is Bristol's recollection of how that night unfolded, so sit back and enjoy.
RUSH: Enjoy. Sit back and enjoy. The best minute-and-a-half of audio she and CNN have ever come across.
BRISTOL: I'm gonna defend my sister. She's 20 years old.
Unidentified Police Officer: A guy comes out of nowhere and pushed you on the ground?
BRISTOL: A guy comes out of nowhere and pushes me on the ground, takes me by my feet in my dress, in my thong dress in front of everybody. Come on you (bleep). Come on you (bleep). Get the (bleep) out of here. I don't know this guy. I've never seen this guy in my life. (bleeeeeeeep).
RUSH: Carol Costello was just eating it up and in fact said...
COSTELLO: I think that long beep was my favorite part. We should point out that no charges were filed on this incident and in a September 19th Facebook post Sarah Palin defended her daughter writing in part, quote, "I love my Bristol. I have to say this is a proud mama, my kids' defense of my family makes my heart sore." You can thank me later.
CNN's Costello Gleeful As She Hypes Palin Family Brawl Audio
RUSH: She means you, the audience, can thank Carol for exposing what we are all supposed to think is the continuing idiocy of the Palin family. Now, here's Carol Costello, a supposed feminist, a supposed opponent of violence against women. I mean, would just be angry as hell if any other woman had been treated this way. Had they been attacked and it was on audiotape and she was playing it, she would be righteously indignant and probably blaming the Republican War on Women. But here she's eating it up. Here she just loves it, a supposed feminist, a supposed opponent of violence against women, presented an audiotape of a young woman describing being attacked and beaten by a bunch of drunken men as the most delicious thing she had ever heard in her life.
Now, we must be fair, Carol Costello has subsequently been forced to offer a halfhearted apology, one of those, "I apologize to anyone who is too stupid to understand my happiness" kind of apologies. "That's not really me. I apologize to anybody who may have been offended by what I didn't intend to convey," blah, blah, blah, blah. If she were a conservative, she would already have been fired, but since she's a rabid left-wing activist masquerading as a journalist on CNN she's on velvet. She has apologized, but refuses to on the air. (interruption) No, she will not apologize on the air. So the low-information crowd will never hear her apology.
Second, I wonder maybe if she didn't think she would get away with it in the first place because nobody would ever hear her say it because she's on CNN. Maybe that's what this is all about. She felt safe in saying 'cause she knows nobody watches that network.
Hey, I heard Michael Brown’s Mother and Grandmother got in a violent knock down drag em out over selling Michael Brown dead guy merchandise and the cops had to be called.
Now THAT’s funny.
Maybe they’ll play THOSE tapes on CNN, and we can laugh too along with Carol. Yuk, yuk, yuk!
Ferguson Police Break Up Ugly Brawl Involving Michael Brown’s Mother, Grandmother and Cousin
By M. Catharine Evans
A 911 call went out Saturday in Ferguson, Missouri where Michael Browns mother Lesley McSpadden was allegedly involved in a violent brawl with her dead sons grandmother and cousin. According to a Fox affiliate, the fight started a few blocks from the street where Brown was shot and killed on August 9. The altercation allegedly ensued from a dispute about who had the right to sell Mike Brown merchandise.
From Fox2Now:
Police sources tell us Brown`s Grandmother, Pearlie Gordon, along with Brown`s Cousin Tony Petty, were selling t-shirts and other Michael Brown merchandise.
A police report describes a car pulling up and several people getting out. One of those people, was reported to be Michael Brown`s Mom, Lesley McSpadden. A witness described McSpadden yelling You can`t sell this s%$& One of the relatives, who was selling, reportedly demanded McSpadden show a document proving she had a patent.
The police report says that`s when an unidentified person with McSpadden assaulted Petty so violently that it resulted in a 911 call. A witness tells Fox 2 that the weapon was a metal pipe or pole. The suspect reportedly struck Petty in the face. Medics then took him to Christian Northeast Hospital. The witness said the assault suspect grabbed merchandise and a box of cash believed to contain about $1,400.
It appears surveillance cameras could have captured the fight and be part of police evidence. Police report no arrests at this time.
Hitting relatives with pipes and stealing their take, if true, wont exactly win the family public support. And $1400? Seems like a lot of money to make. How many people could shell out $25 to $30 per shirt or more in that area?
Being aggrieved sure is profitable but the Brown family will have to learn to get along if they want a bigger payoff. If Mama McSpadden shows up on a surveillance video swinging a metal pole she might have to forget about setting up a Mike Brown Foundation.
All of CNN’s 500 listeners hear Carole’s BS. Who cares? That station is teetering on the edge of disappearing.
It happened, in Cairo. Reporterette got sexually assaulted, and who knows what else.
Wow, I'll say! I just took a look and she's had 4,140 comments on her apology post, running abut 100% scathing.
Good job, internet people!
Believe me you are not the only one, but you should have added quotation marks to “peace loving”
Touché. Well played.
Many years ago this b*tch called my house to ask if I was related to a man who was killed in a construction accident. She just went through the phone book to find anyone with my rare last name.
It so happened that I was related to him and no other family members had been notified. “He’s dead,” she said. She just wanted the scoop and didn’t care about the shock to the family.
Very callous b*tch.
Sounds like Black Friday in the ‘hood.
Is this the same Carol Costello who had sex with a Dalmatian dog?
Google is her friend.
Now you notice that Sara has gone to smaller glasses and some without frames, won't be long before everyone will be wearing those to mimic the very gal they hate.
“The issue is never the issue. The issue is the revolution.”
—David Horowitz, quoting unnamed SDS leader.
Wow, great story about the disgusting bitch Carol Costello who has had three vaginal reconstruction surgeries and they still can’t get it right.
I was thinking of some darling of the media right here in the
U.S. of A.
Her ‘report’ has the feel of a middle school girl sharing with her little clique of mediocrities about something bad happening to the pretty/popular girl in class.
Not me. I wish I could live long enough to see them all [msm reps] hanging from telephone poles.
Nano seconds or crickets, which ever one is the shortest.
If it happened, she should be locked up for cruelty to animals.
Words fail me.
