This, and other, Judicial Watch findings will help Issa’s case.

Issa’s case is being stonewalled because of Separation of Powers issues.

OTOH, Judicial Watch cannot obtain anything unless the FOIA allows it.

Together (JW+Issa) they WILL get a smoking gun. If they get one smoking gun, it’ll be easier to get the rest of the evidence.

The next step:
The Justice Department has to provide Issa’s committee “non-privileged” documents by Nov. 3. I don’t expect any smoking guns from this document dump. But this and JW’s findings will help Issa to compile a list of documents to challenge their “privileged” status.
