Gastrointestinal issues is what one article stated. He had a temperature of 103 degrees + puking? diarrhea? According to EMS people interviewed he was taken from wheel chair to their stretcher...this sounds like he ignored early symptoms until he couldn’t ignore it any more. And he is a doctor!!!!
I do believe someone, either the doctor, or the officials, or some combination of people, is lying.
