Nicolle Wallace, former Communications Director for President George W. Bush and current co-host of the View, appeared on the syndicated show Wendy Wednesday afternoon to talk about her new gig as well as her career in Republican politics.
During the interview, Wallace, who spends much of her time criticizing her fellow Republicans, endorsed the idea of Hillary Clinton running for president in 2016. The former Bush staffer declared that she was a “huge fan of the idea of a Hillary Clinton candidacy.”

So basically McCain surrounded himself with Democrat operatives when he ran for President. No wonder they were so hostile to Sarah Palin since she was actually trying to win (and was actually a conservative, as opposed to the other frauds).
Maybe she was always on her own side, neither GOP nor Democrat.

McCain put her in the position as an assistant to Sarah Palin in the 2008 campaign and she sabotaged Sarah.
It would not surprise me to see McCain and other Republicans endorse Hillary Clinton and denounce the Republican nominee in 2016.
She is part of the “in crowd” now, she is one of them, she has to pretend to be something else on TV occasionally.
This is a nitpick, but how truly conservative is a person who would subscribe to identity politics in the first place? At least in support of an “identity” which opposes every principle to which they supposedly subscribe?
Oh for pete’s sake, who cares about Nicole Wallace (for the upteenth time)??
These people aren’t experts, they aren’t even that smart. Wallace has a masters degree...in Journalism. In all likelihood, so does the person who writes the obits for your local newspaper. So what?
They get paid for making controversial statements. If Wallace just echoed the GOP talking points she’d be looking for a job a lot more often. I don’t blame her (or others like her) for trying to differentiate their brand and make themselves more employable....I just don’t care what they think or say.
Ignore them. Save your powder for the real enemies, those who have actual power or hold positions of authority. They can hurt you and me. Wallace’s only goal is to make as much money as she can by trading on a very thin resume, and BSing her way to the next talk-show gig.
She is a vile piece of work.
George Bush was able to read the state of Putin’s soul, so one would think he could spot the Democrats working with him every day.
Identity politics: What could go wrong?
I figured as much. If Wallace had put as much effort into destroying Obola in 2008 as she did into destroying Palin maybe the outcome would have been different.
I agree with you, but the phenomenon is real and given that the female demographic is now over 50 percent of the electorate, identity politics will be a factor.

I must be weird. In my entire life, it has never been a part of my thought process to support someone because they are another female, and certainly not when they oppose every principle to which I subscribe.
