The Boston Massacre is not labeled as terrorism (businesses have been denied their insurance claims by the Treasury Department). The Fort Hood Massacre was not terrorism. The Oklahoma beheading was jihad, not terrorism (very old tradition, you need to learn to celebrate diversity and C-oexist)>
