This happened in the 'Newtown' area of Sarasota, a bit north of my locale. You may recall a couple years ago when two british tourists were killed by a black thug -- same general area. Also that Marine home on leave, with his wife, who were assaulted by a mob outside a movie theatre just before Christmas -- same general area.
Probably 3/4ths of the violent/drug/firearm related crime in the county occurs here. I'm sure that makes me a racist for mentioning that.

Did you notice it said the guy was just burglarized so he was on high alert.
There have been a string of robberies here in my area--over 20 in a few days.
Just another day in Argentina before the collapse.
