Michael Brown's official autopsy report does not seem to support the narrative that he had his hands up and was running away when he was shot dead by a police officer in Ferguson, Missouri, according to experts who spoke to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
The newspaper obtained a copy of the autopsy report, which details Brown's wounds. A white police officer shot Brown, an unarmed black teenager, in August after stopping him and a friend for walking in the street.
The police officer, Darren Wilson, reportedly told investigators that there was an altercation in his police vehicle before he shot Brown. Wilson claimed Brown was reaching for Wilson's gun.
Brown's wounds seem to support that — according to the autopsy, he was shot in the hand at a very close range. A forensic pathologist told the Post-Dispatch that "if he has his hand near the gun when it goes off, he’s going for the officer’s gun."
The report also seems to suggest that Brown was facing Wilson when Wilson fired the fatal shots, not running away as some witnesses have said. (Need to file charges against the witnesses)

Actually, the stop that mattered was after the blocking the street issue. Wilson backed up and reapproached Brown and Johnson after id’ing them as likely perps of a strongarm robbery.
So where’s this report that so many reporters are so authoritatively paraphrasing?

I have no doubt Der Holder will ensure that it is released in plenty of time for Riots and a major get out the vote campaign. Georgia just jumped the gun a bit with their racist “My Hands are up, don’t shoot” campaign.
This is third time in recent years where the black community has protested the killing of a young, black, thug er teen, and the thug er teen turned out to be a lot less than the cherubic angel he was depicted as. Trayvon Martin, Michael Brown, Vonderitt Myers...all three shot and killed. In each of the three cases, as the facts emerged, the depiction proved the shootings justified. What is the good news? Three thugs eliminated.
"Me and my friend was walking down the street, wasn't causing any harm to nobody," he said, when Officer Darren Wilson pulled up in his patrol car and "reached his arm out the window and grabbed my friend around his neck. ... (He) was trying to choke my friend."
He claimed Brown broke loose and started to run away when Wilson shot him from behind, then finished him off at close range, execution style.
His chillingly vivid account spurred nationwide protests, including the looting and torching of dozens of businesses. Civil rights leaders embraced Johnson. So did Holder.
But then, piece by piece, his story started to fall apart.
Holder's such a fool...so invested in fantasy black pity parties that he believes - believes it's still 1964...
No surprise to any of us, of course.
Still, there seems to be much more information leaking through than one normally sees during GJ proceedings. I am curious about the source and the reasons for the information flow.
Possibilities:
1. someone is preparing the town of Ferguson that things might not go the way they want...(ie Indict Wilson if for nothing more than than some sort of perverted reparation)
2. An indictment is coming regardless of the facts

They're having serious problems finding the persecution they constantly claim so that they can be victims and demand free handouts.
The officer reached his arm out the window of the patrol car and tried to choke a 6’3” 270lb man. That is one of the most bizarre claims I have ever read.
I don’t think Holder is a fool. I think he’s a very successful malicious black racist and opportunist. And he’ll get away with everything he’s done wrong.
Not only that, but Wilson's partner - a unicorn - spit at Michale Brown and might have used the 'N' word...
"This is serious stuff", said Holder - who believed all of it. The unicorn - being off in 'lala' land - could not be reached for comment.
Anyone with common sense know that the officer did what he had to do to protect himself. This is all about community agitators trying to get the base worked up for the election.
It is pathetic and vile.
