First, these are clearly 10 nations out of the HEART of the old Roman Empire.
Second, Libya and Tunisia have been uprooted/overthrown in the so-called Arab Spring that began with....Obama. Morocco almost, and their king keeps in close touch with Obama.
Probably not...but I’m keeping a close eye on it anyway.
