I agree. The fact that Ron Klain exists at all is prima facie evidence of an overpopulation problem. He should do something about it, in a manner that affects only him (the primary problem) and absolutely no one else. ;-)

I say we have a law that anyone who advocates such junk, be immediately executed where they stand. Force them to experience their own theory as directly as possible.
