There is a portion of the American population who are essentially obsolete and are incapable of functioning productively in modern society. These folks are examples of the type.
Well we used to have Indian reservations for those types who couldn’t adapt or comport themselves to civilized culture, perhaps it’s time to reinstitute the ‘vations for segments such as these worthless types?
