Exactly. Holder doesn’t see piles of dead bodies, mostly Mexican but some American, killed by the guns *he gave* the drug cartels, as a failure. No doubt, like his boss, he sees them merely as bumps in the road.
Warped, & that’s putting it kindly.
But Fast and Furious was part of his effort to get more gun laws passed.
His biggest regret is probably that F&F did not end up resulting in MORE deaths.
