"former Sterne Agee CEO James Holbrook" is a well-known embezzler here. He's going to trial for tapping (ha!) Sterne Agee's corporate accounts to pay his mistress $10+k/month plus misusing the Sterne Agee corporate housing and jet flights for her and other mistresses.

To their credit, Sterne Agee caught him and are (aiding) prosecuting their own CEO.

Any....any...contact had between Hubbard and Holbrook would be immensely suspect. Holbrook is entirely dirty.
