The ones in N-95 Masks and aprons were probably CDC.
MSF has the expierience in the field.
The CDC has expierience from from Washington, has already sold out their souls to Media in order to keep people from panicing, and keeping "OPEN BORDERS" agenda.
"In the field" signifies that the CDC is willing to risk having some more American Ebola patients since they don't have adequate PPE coverage as provided by MSF.
