I'm impressed with this apology. It shows moral character.

What moral character does a country have when it has done nothing to end the squalid conditions in which Ebola festered? There are people with the education and financial ability to leave, so why isn't their President instead mobilizing them to stay and help with the fight? Instead of asking the US and other countries to help train the healthy, this president sees nothing wrong with jeopardizing our troops.

Please explain how this excuse for a country shows any moral character at all.

Ohh...and this is the country founded by freed US slaves. How about calls from black racists in the US for a change to do something useful. Like mobilize and go to Africa to help their fellow descendants of slaves.

Don't wind me up.... <^..^>

You raise good points however Liberia was ready to charge Duncan with a crime had he survived and in this day a president of an African country apologizing is a huge deal.
