Okay, so this is now more of an EEOC type possibility. This would go under wrongful termination. It’s not about if she gets sick or not. Getting the attorney shields her from being fired for misconduct or failing to return.

At this point I think all lawsuits are tacky.
Wow...I Seriously doubt you would say this if the nurse was your son or daughter. I have 2 family members in medical field...One is Clinical Lab Science. I am very concerned about adequate protocols and protection & so are they.

So OSHA and wrongful termination claim if they tried to fire her and it appears that Presby is a ghost town now.
