That’s very interesting . . . considering that at the first news conference on the Dallas ebola case, one of the speakers was Edward Goodman M.D. Hospital Epidemiologist at Texas Health and he said:

“Ironically enough in the week before this patient presented, we had a meeting of all the stakeholders that might be involved in the care of such a patient. And because of that, we were well prepared to deal with this crisis.”

Here is that press conference, and he speaks at the 7:00 mark.

Another piece of trash that needs to be taken out of the public eye.

Who is that guy?

I don't know but he looks like a Troll, huge head, close together dead eyes. Hell he looks like he's poking the baby to see if it's done cooking.

I thought maybe it was Jon Stewart’s abusive husband.

I don't think so, Schultz would have to bend over just to pat Stewart on the head, then again they're both more than a little creepy/freaky.

So upon what do you blame the utter ineptitude and even malfeasance in Communist countries, not just in the hospitals, but throughout industry and the service sector?

If the first Ebola patient had been at a public / county hospital like John Peter Smith or Parkland, we’d have twenty Mexican illegal immigrants, poor blacks and Mexican-Americans infected already.
You can wait one to two days in their ER to be seen. And many people there have no viable addresses - Parkland has 50% of births to purported illegal immigrants, likely because the kid still gets citizenship and you have an excuse not to have an address to get billed, plus charity freebies for immigrants. But you’d have no chance tracking them all down after exposure to Mr. African Ebola Patient.
