Meaning, they were never tested at all. It’s probably endemic, and the Central Americans are either immune to it, carriers, or to sick/dead to ride the train through Mexico.

The CDC is functioning as a political organization. If they were not, they would have issued a neutral comment on the invaders. However, the statement at the top of this thread EXONERATED the invaders WITHOUT ANY EVIDENCE AT ALL.
