In Los Angeles they announced today (I still listen to L.A. radio) that jokes about having Ebola might be an arrestable offense. They were really emphatic about Halloween costumes linked to it.
Whether that is legal or not, I don’t know — I am jut reporting what I heard at a press conference held by the LAPD.
