Exactly. You or I could handle this is a few hours. He doesn't have the mental capacity:

1. Create a $500 million emergency Ebola Isolation Fund (EIF).
2. Whenever there's a hint that someone has been exposed, they immediately go into in-home isolation. No visitors are permitted for 21-30 days and they are not permitted to leave.
3. if they have other family members, they will be confined to a facility (dorm, hotel, etc.) dedicated for this purpose.
4. Their compensation will be paid from the EIF unless already covered by their employer, worker's comp, etc.
5. Food, clothing, DVDs and other pastimes will be delivered to the home as needed.
6. If they develop Ebola, they will immediately be transferred to a separate facility just for Ebola victims. Anyone they were in contact with goes into in-home isolation.

This is what should have immediately been done with the hospital where Duncan went. All nurses and waiting room patients should have gone into immediate quarantine. Not for their sakes, but for the secondary contacts they could make. The problem is money. People are driven to stay in the public because of their jobs. THe EIF would eliminate this reason and even make isolation a bit like a holiday.

This nation spends billions helping other nations. We need to use some of those finances to wisely help our own country in this emergency situation.

The community organizer needs to be replaced with someone who can think nationally and in the interest of all Americans, not just in the interests of his collections of perverts, "victims", so-called disadvantaged, non-whites, naïve youth, pro-abortion single women, and immigrants.
