From out of ashes, companies will materialize, whose directors will offer policies, with guidelines as to what they will cover, and how much the premiums will be. Other companies will offer more or less coverage, and corresponding premiums. Hospitals will offer healthcare, from hangnail to brain surgery. Consumers will decide where they want to go, and how much they are willing to, or can afford, to pay for various procedures.

Insurance companies will need employees, lots of them, they will be busy and looking for experienced workers. That is where you would present yourself, as an experienced worker, and worth every penny.

Not quickly enough. If OCare were put down overnight, with defunding, etc., the impact would be devastating to existing insurance companies (which, really do deserve it due to being in bed with the fiasco from the start), and would be even more devastating on millions of former insured. FedGov would then swoop in to save the day with...wait for it...single payer! It's coming. I don't expect anyone to believe me, just wait and see. Again, we CAN rid ourselves of Ocare, but we'll not get what we're hoping for in the end.
