It will be a very good test case on how Ebola does / does not spread.
I personally applaud Mr. Jenkins for taking this potentially risky step.
Most on FR are blowing smoke up each others butt on this issue.
The two cases of Hazmat suite infection make the most sense. My guess is that the Cameraman and the nurse may not have payed as much attention as needed when removing their hazmat gear and washing up
Yeah - were the crazy folks who think that it's better to have a gun and not need one is preferable to not having one when we do need one -- we also think that it's better to plan as if the virus can be transmitted in ways we do not yet know than it is to trust the "experts" who have been telling us that we are in no danger. they make one little mistake in judgement and the whole ball of wax starts to melt.
“I personally applaud Mr. Jenkins for taking this potentially risky step.”
If he’s infected and exposes his family and others around him, he should be held criminally negligent if he lives. If he’s not infected, one person proves nothing as a “test case”.
You applaud him for potentially giving his children a deadly disease?
Thanks for posting this on every single Ebola thread, Judge Jenkins.
As I pointed out in the other thread, the cameraman was not an NIBC employee until after he was infected and never wore any protection.
And if my very small amount of knowledge about ebola is correct, the virus is transmitted through fluids, such as spray from a sneeze or a cough, or I am assuming fluids coming from the stomach or intestines. Would vomit not have a spray or splash as well, sending the virus into the air?
This is idiotic thinking. How dangerous for this crazy political judge to go there and to take such dangerous risks that could involve innocent people. It is just common sense. Even the liberal democratic media are having concerns that he entered that apartment without any safely precautions. My word, I have never read such a foolish comment over this issue.
Help me out here. Was that sarcasm or are you insane? I hope as a 99er it was sarcasm.
YES SIR - let's applaud those who take "risky steps" with the lives of their wife and 8 year old child - not to mention countless other innocents - to make a political point.
Here's to him, a**hole liberals, and pea-brained FR posters.
