Breitbart Texas has learned a complaint was filed with Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, also known as CPS.
The complaint was filed on Sunday morning by a concerned Dallas citizen who had read about Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins going into the apartment where Ebola patient, Thomas Eric Duncan, lived while he was sick. Jenkins was in the apartment with four people who had been directly exposed by Duncan to the Ebola virus.
Jenkins said, in a subsequent press conference that he was going home to his wife and nine-year-old daughter after he discussed being in the apartment again and driving the exposed family to their new home -- a forty-five minute drive. At no point did Jenkins appear to wear any protective clothing.

You applaud him for potentially giving his children a deadly disease?
They are not calling her a nurse. They are specific about health care personnel. She could have been someone in admissions doing his admit paperwork for all we know.
Bah! There are too many people on urf anyway!
Thanks for posting this on every single Ebola thread, Judge Jenkins.
rofl
too many liberals anyways
As I pointed out in the other thread, the cameraman was not an NIBC employee until after he was infected and never wore any protection.
I don't think they'll ever be seen or heard from again, and a better question might be about the over/under for the house they're in to burn.
Not that we'd ever hear about it...
I beginning to hate going to the Breitbart site. It takes forever to load and when I try to scroll down to read, it bounces around then usually ends up crashing my browser.
And if my very small amount of knowledge about ebola is correct, the virus is transmitted through fluids, such as spray from a sneeze or a cough, or I am assuming fluids coming from the stomach or intestines. Would vomit not have a spray or splash as well, sending the virus into the air?
You are kind of on fire on this thread! Nicely done
I’ve read she is a nurse and was suited up when she came in contact with him. What about all those who weren’t suited up?
Why is he part of the "Team?" A judge?
This judge is a lunatic and ought to be removed from the bench.
AMEN
We are working on it but it is a huge uphill battle. if you are in Dallas please work for and vote for RON NATINSKY.
This is idiotic thinking. How dangerous for this crazy political judge to go there and to take such dangerous risks that could involve innocent people. It is just common sense. Even the liberal democratic media are having concerns that he entered that apartment without any safely precautions. My word, I have never read such a foolish comment over this issue.
Bronchial influenza infections transmit more easily with sneezes and "stomach" viruses are often influenza as well. Other stomach viruses spread from contact. The influenza viruses can aerosolize, IOW the viruses survive floating through the air. Ebola does not aerosolize but will survive within droplets.
Would vomit not have a spray or splash as well, sending the virus into the air?
The Ebola virus can be in the patient's saliva. Vomit also, but bloody vomit would have the most virus. Patrick Sawyer vomited blood flying into Nigeria and infected and killed the woman sitting next to him. Some flight attendants died too after clean it up with no protection or knowledge that it was Ebola. But 46 other people on that flight survived.
The bottom line that infection through the air at a distance is possible but droplets or direct contact is much more likely.
I watch him tell Greta or some Fox News guy, that he (unlike the many xenophobes we are forced to live among) was going to treat these people with dignity
Never mind treating his family with dignity
He and whomever he works for are -the state justice dept I don’t know -all idiots
And this episode is the exact metaphor for what is done in this country and certainly all over Texas - treating outsiders non citizens and otherwise non contributors as well as offenders to extreme dignity while veterans, voters, unemployed citizens who don’t speak Spanish can just get to the back of the line and rot-
The way he treats his own is the way we citizens are treated
Very old news. He’s been cleared by Texas and CDC health officials.
And F the CDC toadies ..
He’s an embarrassment to other Baylor graduates and students.
