German and French doctors, who recently went to N. Korea to treat Kim Jong-un, came back and filed reports on his condition to intelligence agencies of their country, which sent the reports to S. Korean government.

Reportedly, he has problems in his legs and his face looked really sick. In particular, problems in his endocrine system and key internal organ(s) are suspected.

According to multiple government sources, a report from German intelligence agency contains a testimony by a German doctor that said Kim Jong-un has problems in his legs and his face also looked very sick.

The sources said, "A German doctor suspects troubles in Kim's endocrine system and key internal organ(s.)"

If he is out for duration, she is a natural candidate to fill the gap. She is Jong-un's defacto chief of staff. She is known to play a role of screener. Any reports submitted to Jong-un should be cleared by her first. She has some experience on governing day-to-day operation of state.

I still am not sure which leg is the one that ails him? As I watched the video attached to the article, it appeared to be his right leg but at other times, the left. He seemed to negotiate the steps OK but then limped with the right leg. Is all this a ruse?
