Think of the conflicts here:

US Federal Regulations tell the owner not to allow suspicious persons, and to err on the side of caution.

Range owner is female and well-read on the Koran and Islam.

Potential conflicts with 2nd amendment, commercial establishment right to choose customers, religious rights... the mind reels!

Right, you have it. The thing is is this is not an ordinary business where you might refuse to sell donuts to someone. She has some leeway to refuse customers as said, based on Federal Law and what the ATF has told her.

What if a Musloid has an "Allahu Akbar!" moment ala Nidal Hasan?

As a business owner who is responsible for the safety of her patrons, she really can't risk that.

CAIR may be really stepping in it here.
