Potential conflicts with 2nd amendment, commercial establishment right to choose customers, religious rights... the mind reels!
Right, you have it. The thing is is this is not an ordinary business where you might refuse to sell donuts to someone. She has some leeway to refuse customers as said, based on Federal Law and what the ATF has told her.
As a business owner who is responsible for the safety of her patrons, she really can't risk that.
