If Cruz gets to GOP nomination then Huckabee won’t need - nor will he - to form a third party. Cruz is taking as strong a stand as Mike on social/moral issues.
And that’s fine. Huckabee has a number of views that I don’t agree with him on. Perhaps that’s a little overplayed, in that it is probably more like a few important ones.
I don’t know if disagreement with Cruz on those issues would tick him off. Perhaps not.
