Considering the fact that he LIED his way into the country exposing untold thousands to potential deadly illness all for the purpose of his own selfish agenda I would hazard to say Karma!
It is still way too early to find out whether Duncan may have contaminated many others — on the airplane flights and after his arrival in Dallas.
We already know of the Frisco/Deputy situation that is directly linked to Duncan. That patient should be close to finding out whether his condition is Ebola or just a bad cold.
