everyone is different, depends on how strong their immune system is, anyone with a weakened system will fall much faster. Hospitals would be a perfect breeding ground.

True. I can’t figure out if Africans would have a shorter incubation due to their viral environment, always fighting off malaria, etc. Essentially the symptoms arise when the body determines there is an infection worth fighting. It is then that the Ebola virus takes advantage of the increased phages and blood flow and spreads into the blood stream. If that happens slower here in the relatively virus free first world, then our incubation will be slower.
