Coming next will be "federal judges" ordering various pastors at conservative churches that refuse to acknowledge sodomites' "right to marry" performed by those churches.

You don't honestly believe that lesbians innocently chose "Christian bakeries and photographers" to demand their "right to be served" do you?

Nope, it's the "we just want to be left alone to live our lives" folk that seek out those they know, find their choice of behavior to be an abomination in the sight of God, to demand their "rights," knowing full well that liberal jurists will grant their "right to be served" by anyone wishing to earn their livelihood in Amerika.

That this is virtual forced slavery of the worst kind, seemingly matters not in Amerika today. God help us!

If Christians aren't allowed to conduct business in a Christian manner, then going on welfare and having lots of babies may soon be the moral thing to do.

What if all Christian business owners sold their businesses, went on welfare, and started having lots of babies?

If the US doesn't want them to conduct business the way they choose, then why not become a weight on that government?

Don't the Hasidim in Israel live their lives this way?

Quite frankly, I don’t see that one at all. First Amendment issues will prevent the actually ordering of performing marriages.

This is just an argument I’ve never bought.

That's just not going to happen. Are Catholic priests & churches forced to marry divorcees? Are Jewish rabbis & synagogues forced to perform interfaith marriages? Are Mormon temples forced to marry non-Mormons? Are any religious institutions forced to perform any marriages with which they disagree?

Obviously, the nonsense that has gone on with Christian bakeries, photographers, and other businesses is terrible, and a bad sign of things to come. But the First Amendment will pretty clearly prevent even the most activist judge from crossing the line between Christian-run businesses (which are, unfortunately, covered by various "public accomodations" laws) and religious leaders/houses of worship.

I imagine they’ll pick the most conservative churches first, probably Baptist. And I can see them file suit against a very small church and it won’t be able to afford the legal fees.

This is not about gay marriage. This is about destroying Christianity. This will be the true test. If the church does not publicly stand up against this, then it’s my hope that God smites them first.

I was thinking the very same thing, absolutely. It may well be deemed illegal to refer to certain Scriptures.

Next Crosses will have to be only on the inside of the Church in the event someone might be offended. Mind you liberal non Christian Churches might just as well have the cross inside anyway, they will probably agree with taking it in anyway.
