Making sure a "libertarian" or conservative 'sounding' "Independent" is on the ballot and giving them enough funding to cause 'trouble' is central to the planning of nearly every race in VA for the dems. It normally works well for them too! One would think voters would be smart enough to realize what the dems are up to.
