Four relatives of the Texas Ebola patient who have been confined to their Dallas apartment are being moved to an undisclosed location, according to a Dallas city official.

The four people are going to be moved later today, according to Sana Syed, a spokesperson for the city of Dallas.

The individuals, who include three men and a woman named Louise Troh, will be moved once the Fire Marshall secures and contains the car that Duncan was in before being taken to the emergency room. Troh traveled with Duncan from Liberia and has been referred to as Duncan's wife by other family members.

The article specifically says, “Troh traveled with Duncan from Liberia...”

I am pretty positive they have to be infected...

“Thomas Duncan shivered in the king-size bed, even though he was tucked under the covers and fully dressed — pants, socks and two shirts. It was Sunday morning, Sept. 28, and Duncan, from Liberia, had been in the United States visiting Louise Troh at her Dallas apartment for the past week. He felt weak and cold, he told Troh’s daughter, Youngor Jallah.

So Jallah took a quick trip to Wal-Mart and bought a $50 brown cotton blanket. When she returned, she draped it over Duncan’s shoulders and then gently lifted him by his back to try to get him to drink some hot tea. That’s when she looked into his eyes and knew in her heart that things were very bad.”

It means he is most likely brain dead and the surface of his tounge has fallen off. Next phase his innards turn to jelly and ooze out.

They are moving the others b/c phase 1 is about to set in on them. Fever, vomiting. Etc.

IMHO they would leave them there if they were healthy to show everyone everything is okay.

Makes you wonder if the pregnant landlords daughter Duncan carried to the hospital in Liberia wasn’t one of his gals.....

I thought that when the taxi driver mentioned her parents were also in the cab with them.

Not a clue what that’s about or why you find it entertaining.

The details keep coming out. Last I read Louise has a grown daughter who has four children that Louise babysits for sometimes. The daughter is the one who called for an ambulance for Duncan. The daughter, her boyfriend and their four children are "semi"-quarantined elsewhere. For quarantined relatives in U.S. Ebola case, extra cautions, hope and prayer

So the five children are 13 year old son of Louise and four of her grandchildren age 2 to 11. The four people quarantined in Louise's apartment are her, her son, another relative and his friend.

Like I said on another thread,,ebola is NOT taking hold and spreading fast enough in the US for King Obama. He needs more saturation and more crippling of the economy and degradation of the health systems.

Exactly right, but they should have been moved and quarantined 3 days ago...

Those 4 or 5 children belong to the partner/wife/girlfriend’s 30 year old daughter. They went to school but were sent home when someone realized they were supposed to be quarantined.

I read that the girlfriend/wife/partner was in Liberia in August and also according to her Facebook page she lives in some Central American country. They all probably came across the border with the unaccompanied minors.

If any of them get sick and survive we’re going to see thousands of Africans sneaking into this country.

We are so screwed.

Quite possible you’re right....

As for how sick he is...well that’s a guess at best but not being able to speak to family members as he was doing is telling.

I agree the family needs to be contained further as the time is approaching where symptoms might develope. And that under lock and key IMO. The don’t want this family to “run” like they’re doing in Africa.

Moved to undisclosed location? Like an isolation unit in a hospital? Have one or more become symptomatic?

I’ve worked with people from the region of Liberia but not in Liberia.

Lying is a way of life with them. When you catch them or they think you will they are like cockroaches running to hide in the corners. The only fun I had some days over there was to catch them doing something wrong and then act like I didn’t see them until they thought they were going to get away with it... then calmly walk down the hall, making direct eye contact, wait until I got within arm’s reach, stop, remain silent for a bit, watch them squirm and their eyes get big the say, what are y’all doing now? The answer was invariably, “nothing”. I’d just say, “humph” and stand there.... they would evaporate.

One day they saw me in the area and six of them hid in a closet... they thought they had escaped until I opened the door and asked them what they were all doing in there?

Oh, for heaven’s sake, this is getting ridiculous. And the judge was worried about how they were being treated? Sheesh.

We need an investigative reporter to track down who these people really are.

The “partner” has lived here for some time

I read that her Facebook page says she lives in Central America.

Nah. The judge said yesterday or the day before that he would like to move them "5 minutes ago." Their apartment does not have a washer & dryer. That's pretty bad when you're stuck in a small apartment with three other people.
