It’s more of an AIDS type event. Mess with peoples body fluids and bad things can happen.
Consider this:
A friend had a terrible Staph infect two years ago.
I went to lunch with him but, refused to shake his hand. Not even his good hand.
Guy’s a fag to boot, so it could have highly contagious as well.
All of this is true..
But if he had ebola and opened a door with his sweaty hand and you touched the same doorknob and then wiped your eyes with that hand before sanitizing your hand with clorox or alcohol, you could get his ebola.
