As Texas health officials continue to investigate the potential transmission of Ebola virus in Dallas, a lot of questions still remain.
Did Thomas Eric Duncan know he might have possibly been exposed to Ebola in Liberia? Should he have been more aware of the potential dangers of Ebola and the potential for spreading the disease to others?

We all fall down.
Obama’s policies are vectors for Ebola.
They have Common Core in Liberia? Hu knew?
It is our call if we desired to do it. And closing the Liberian airports would, of course, include planes to Brussels or anywhere else. Vanuatu couldn’t do something like that. USA could do it. In regards to Ebola getting out of there and coming here it is certainly Our Call.
As Roger Hedgecock pointed out. The average annual income of a Liberian is something like 200 dollars. Where did this guy get the 2000 dollars it took to pay for flights from Liberal to Brussels, Brussels to Dulles and then Dulles to Dallas?
Don’t place too much emphasis on the studies which produced those rankings. I would guess that illiteracy is a bigger factor in the test results than is low IQ.
Illiteracy is a matter of education, not necessarily one of intelligence. I used to live with a tribe of hunter gatherers in Uganda. An “IQ Test” given to them might have shown a average IQ far lower than mine. I can read, write, fly a helicopter, write a bit of computer code & wear a digital watch!
Whoop de do! I could NOT have kept myself alive in their environment for more than a month if left on my own. I was the ignorant one when judged by their “IQ Test”.
Coincidentally, the movie The Verdict ran last night.
I understand. A lot of factors are involved.

Why did you live with a tribe of hunter gatherers in Uganda?
I thought it was “Ashes, ashes” we all fall down (dead)
I was curious about that too, you don’t just hop on a plane to go overseas. Even here it takes a lot of planning.
You are an expert in international law? Your insistence on closing airports is a needless distraction. We need to pull 13,500 existing visas and not issue new ones to anyone from those countries.
Sadly enough a lot of Obama voters are well into the triple digits in IQ which only proves that IQ does NOT measure much other than purely technical ability. It has little bearing on good judgement or actual wisdom.
It may be that just the smarter ones are coming over.
A-tisho? What does that mean? We always sang “Ashes! Ashes!”
And heard the LOVELY excuse of it being the fault of the electronic records he wasn’t ‘detained’ right then and there.
The nurse/orderly/etc., upon HEARING he was from W. Africa (I’m presuming s/he KNEW geography) blissfully filled out the chart....and left. NO indication that a red flag was raised, no indication of ‘Uh, doc, this guy just came from the Ebola hot-zone’.
I’ll again presume this was the job of the, again, ‘lovely’ free-clinic/E.R./etc. that would treat any other ‘illegal/non-insured’.
You’d THINK, even with electronic records, there’d be SOME flag in the system: IE: “WARNING: “Country of origin, possible Ebola. Test for...”; let alone a REAL ‘health professional’ instead of some keyboard monkey just entering data....
Per earlier articles, a company credit card paid for it.
Both are responsible for higher-than-average vomit production?
